Intensive In-Home Services (IIH) is a short-term, therapeutic service designed to support children, adolescents, and their families within the comfort of their own home. This service is focused on strengthening family functioning, improving emotional and behavioral stability, and preventing the need for out-of-home placement such as hospitalization, residential treatment, or foster care.
IIH is ideal for youth who are experiencing significant emotional or behavioral challenges that interfere with their ability to function successfully at home, school, or in the community. Services are highly individualized and tailored to meet the unique needs of each child and family. Our clinicians work closely with caregivers to build effective strategies, improve communication, and create a more supportive and structured home environment.
By delivering services in the home, IIH allows for real-time support, practical skill development, and meaningful collaboration with families. The goal is to help youth stabilize, strengthen relationships, and develop the tools needed for long-term success while remaining safely at home.
Who We Serve
Intensive In-Home Services are designed for children and adolescents under the age of 21 who are experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges that place them at risk of out-of-home placement. This includes youth struggling with family conflict, difficulty maintaining healthy relationships, repeated behavioral concerns, or challenges that interfere with safety and daily functioning. Families seeking in-home support to stabilize the home environment and strengthen relationships may benefit from IIH.
